Members of Crowdcube may apply to cease to be members, (giving 7 days' written notice) by request to the directors of Crowdcube at its registered office (The Innovation Centre, University of Exeter, Exeter EX4 4RN) at any time. Membership shall cease at no charge upon transmission by such directors of an acceptance of such request. (Subject to the Articles of Association section 31, directors may terminate the membership of any member. Membership is not transferrable.  A person's membership terminates when that person dies or ceases to exist.)

The contract in respect of any person's membership of Crowdcube is comprised within this registration form, the Articles of Association of Crowdcube (available upon request) and, as regards investments made, within the Investor Terms available upon registration.


Such contractual materials are:-

(i)      in English language only;
(ii)     subject to English law; and
(iii)    submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Members of Crowdcube who wish to complain about any aspect of its financial or other services should, in the first instance, address their complaint to any director of Crowdcube by email ([email protected]) or telephone (01392 241319). In the event that Crowdcube is unable to satisfy its obligations to members in respect of the conduct by it of FCA regulated activities, members may have the right to compensation under the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
