It’s our mission to find Europe’s hottest high-growth businesses for you to invest in.
However, our job goes far beyond presenting you with exciting investment opportunities, we hold and manage your shareholding and support the businesses you back to deliver long-term investor success.
Over 50,000 investors have had the chance to realise returns of over £60m from purpose-led businesses that raised with Crowdcube and have been acquired by global brands like Nestle, Europcar, Diageo, EDF, AB InBev & Compass Group.
We’ll coordinate and manage any financial returns owed to you as a result of an exit, secondary share sale or dividend payment.
Please remember that past performance is not a reliable indicator of future returns and your capital is at risk.
Our in-house team of legal professionals will be on hand to offer support to entrepreneurs behind the businesses you’ve backed to ensure your rights as an investor are protected.
Our Funded Community is also supported by a dedicated post-funding team who are on hand to support and fuel their long-term growth; they also have access to a host of exclusive offers, services, and follow-on funding support, as well as access to our network of trusted partners including the likes of Microsoft, Amazon and Stripe.
So we can invest further in finding you exciting investment opportunities, managing your investments on your behalf and supporting the businesses you back, we’re introducing a success fee that aligns our long-term success to yours when you make a profit on your investment.
The success fee, which is sometimes also known as ‘carry’, will only be payable if you make a profit on your investment; there are no annual fees for the ongoing support we provide once you’ve made an investment. If you make a return on your investment, you’ll keep 95% of any profit, and we’ll take a 5% fee for managing your investment over the years. If your investment doesn’t work out, then there is no charge.
Crowdcube’s success fee only applies to profits made on investments in businesses that opened to investment on or after the 1st of April 2021.
