Whilst online shopping may seem like the obvious solution, with that comes issues with sizing and so time wasted on sorting returns. By gathering information about our customers style preferences and work environment, we plan to provide suitable options for them to choose from, based on the data they have provided. We aim to then operate on a subscription basis and offer tailoring for the duration of the subscription to ensure that our customers never have to worry about incorrect fit.

We are currently scheduling the relaunch of You Couture in January 2020 using a more standardised model of allowing customers to choose aspects of their pieces, whilst still retaining the important element of a tailored fit.This will allow us to transform the business proposition into one that is scalable.
