Wizme is on a mission to make managing meetings and events magical. The platform aims to reduce costs and facilitate increased productivity for corporates, agencies and venues by automating the booking process. Wizme has developed a viable product with 1,500 venue partners and 5 pilot companies.
My experience in the hospitality industry began in Syria in 2002. I moved to the UK to study, then spent a number of years in IHG’s global sales team. I experienced first-hand the outdated process for booking/managing meetings and events across the industry.
Wizme aims to disrupt and reshape an old industry model, in a market that is valued at $1.07 trillion.
Our platform is designed to simplify and automate the booking experience between bookers and venues.
We started the project in Sep ‘17 and raised £130k from strategic investors and industry insiders.

Jun ‘18: Launched & tested Wizme v1.0 in London
Nov ‘18: Started working on Wizme v2.0
Jan ‘19: Reached 1,500 venue partners including Aquashard and Shangri-La Hotel
Jul ‘19: Raised £80k investment
Jul ‘19: Launched Wizme v2.0 MVP
Nov ‘19: 5 pilots
Wizme v2.0 is planned to be a fully functioning platform that allows users to quickly book any type of meeting or event.
