We've built an engaged community that share their authentic product experiences on the platform - crowdsourced feedback enables people to make smarter product choices. From a consumer standpoint, Veleza plays a role similar to TripAdvisor, Vivino or IMDb in their respective spaces.
Veleza allows businesses to use our crowdsourced data to help their own customers make smarter purchase decisions while shopping online. Our business clients report a positive effect on key metrics including sales conversion rate and organic search traffic. Businesses pay us a subscription fee to access our services.
To date, Veleza has built a database of 28k product reviews, 105k photos & videos and, crucially, 730k survey answers. We launched our first retail integration in February 2018 and our user-generated content immediately reached 110k unique monthly visitors. This increased to 511k in June- an almost 5x uplift.
In the future, Veleza will offer more services for businesses: product sampling, market insights, personalisation, product recommendation and lead generation solutions – all powered by crowdsourced consumer feedback.
