The Rocksure Club is an innovative tech & information based Travel & Lifestyle brand with a powerful peer 2 peer HNW community at its core, aiming to revolutionise the luxury market. With £800k in sales since Q1 2018, Rocksure are now raising £150k to develop their social platform and mobile app.
The Luxury Travel Market, worth c. $1,100bn with a CAGR of 6.4%, is characterised by an interplay between lifestyle, property and travel itself as well as the desire for experiences, special access, privacy and independence. The key commodity that drives the market is no longer airline seats or accommodation but 'information'.
The Rocksure Club aims to revolutionise this sector by harnessing the ‘inside track’ of ideas and recommendations its travellers hold. It combines an experienced concierge team with a newly designed hybrid platform offering:
- Online Itinerary Planning
- Private Social Platform
- Mobile App (in development)
The private platform and club ethos earns Rocksure the ability to communicate with its Members, publishing stories, insights, interests and passions around which it develops experiential travel opportunities and lifestyle interests. Online Members join 'Circles' of interest: wine, music, kite-surfing, rallying & many more, connecting with each other and joining events offered throughout the year.
In 2018, we received bookings of £323k (resulting in £4k gross profit, -£522k EBITDA) and have already received £491k of bookings in 2019. We also have c.550 suppliers in place and forecast Member numbers of 700 this year and intend to use funds raised to further develop its online platform including social platform and App.
