The Chocolate Bear Kitchen is a Pop Up Restaurant and Events Company.

With as many as 1 in 5 of the UK population having a food intolerance and 12% of Britons following a vegan or vegetarian diet, it’s so difficult to find a place to eat where everybody gets a choice to eat what they want. Our menu is 100% Gluten and Refined Sugar Free and at around half of our menu is Vegan. This means that if a person in your group is gluten intolerant, they won’t be overlooked; if you are lactose intolerant, you don’t have to ask “can I eat this?” and if you or a friend is vegan, you won’t need to go to that vegan restaurant every time.

Our first pop up for 30 covers in May, sold out in early April, we added another date which then sold out and our following has increased ever since.We were approached by The Feast Collective who provide catering at a number of music festivals and are now featured at Camp Bestival as one of the food traders. Our founder and head chef, James Gordon will also be giving live recipe demonstrations at the festival. We also have a pitch at Bestival, winner of Best Large Festival 2015, with a crowd of 80,000 people. The anticipated revenue generated by large events and festivals provide injections of profit and is an area we will continue to develop.
