We are a family Craft Beer brewery from Salford, Manchester. Established in 2014, we have grown exponentially, seeing a 245% increase in T/O in 12 months, since introducing our Bars. With investment, we are aiming to procure four new beerhouse sites, expand production to 100,000L & expand our team.

  • Increased sales from £204K to £708k (16-17) since introducing our Bars
  • 1st BEERHOUSE in Ancoats achieved £16K/week at peak performance
  • Increased brewing capability from 1600L to 2340L since launch
  • Increased fermenting capacity from 5000L up to 32,500L since launch

Idea

We make Craft Beer for all. We believe there is still genuine 'Beer Fear', so we cut through the paraphernalia & welcome the 'craft beer curious'. Our social media stats show a 52% M / 48% F audience with a wide demographic of 25-65. We aim to use these platforms to maintain traction & engage with customers.

Craft Beer is still enjoying fantastic growth, increasing by 23% in the last 12 months.

Since introducing our Bars in Dec 2016, revenue has increased from £204k to £708k (EBITDA -£51k). We raised £200K in July 2016, opened our first beerhouse in Dec 2016, & moved into a new brewery in Oct 2017. We have gained listings with Booths supermarkets & Co-op stores as well as supplying to restaurant group TRG, T3 Manchester airport & Manchester Piccadilly station, providing further brand exposure. We also sell to the expanding chain, Hotel Football, as part of their partnership programme. We supply to Mission Mars group, hotel chain Melia Group Hotels and more.

The fundamental part of our strategy is a further 4 beerhouses. Our aim is that these will form the backbone of the whole business. Vertical integration means we will have a ready-made client for the brewery and the beerhouses will benefit from a strong gross margin.

We have featured in many publications including; The Telegraph, The Morning Advertiser, Lancashire Life, Drinks Retailing News, The Grocer.
