Property investing traditionally requires a significant amount of money, time & knowledge. But we’re on a mission to change all that.

Propio is the home of The Property ISA: a simple, tax-efficient & affordable way to invest in bricks & mortar. We combine decades of property expertise with data & tech to engineer stable, property-backed, ISA-eligible investments that aren’t exposed to the usual fluctuations of the property market.

Since launching in late 2017, we’ve built a community of 1000+ customers who have invested £7.5m+ with us (more than many of our competitors achieved in the same time scale). We’re ranked in the top 10 investment companies on Trustpilot, have been all over the press & have delivered average returns of 6.5% to investors, despite the backdrop of Brexit & stock market turmoil.

What’s more, we’ve assembled an amazing team of experts in their respective fields, built a scalable, digital operation that sets us up for rapid growth & have signed MoUs with 2 UK property & finance firms which could provide investment deal flow of up to £100m over the next 3 years, subject to targets/due diligence.

Our goal is to become the UK’s biggest property-based ISA; making the experience of investing as straightforward as online shopping, bringing the old-school property finance industry into the digital age.
