The founder identified a new trend in the food market, a consumer who wants products that match their lifestyle, using high-quality ingredients and are healthy (no palm oil, no trans fat, no junk food).
After analyzing the market and consumer trends, the founder spent 2 years in R&D before launching. In 2015 Paul & Pippa began to produce their first range of sweet and savory biscuits.
Since launching the company has gone from 6 to 22 products and plans to deliver 32 at the end of 2018. All the range of products have 16 months shelf life, so they can be exported worldwide.
Paul & Pippa are now present in 23 countries, being stocked in renowned shops such as Whole Foods (USA), Mitsukoshi (Japan), Azbuka Vkusa (Russia), Galeries Lafayette (France) or Club del Gourmet (Spain) among others.
