Our 800,000 customers also avoid queues and take advantage of the wide range of service options available from over 20 national and international carriers, who between them have more drop shops than even the Post Office. Unlike many comparison sites, the customer stays within the P2G website at all times. Their contract is with P2G, payment is made to P2G & all service issues are addressed by P2G.
Our customers spend an average of £73 a year with P2G, meaning that our low cost per acquisition is a core competitive requirement. This is a result of our scale: P2G is more than twice the size of any other parcel comparison site.
In the last two years, P2G has created a second business model targeting a different, often brand-loyal, customer segment that has the same group of needs: offering a white label service to carriers who wish to offer ‘own brand’ solutions. Carriers using this service include UPS, TNT, Yodel, Hermes & DPD.
