Ocs Lettings' business model centres on helping property owners and investors achieve their required monthly financial returns by providing a service to fully manage their properties to approved tenants. There are approximately 2 million private landlords within the UK and we look to grow our market share.
Ocs Letting aims to be one of the fastest growing and largest letting agencies in the UK by 2023, looking to acquire a conservative 0.45% market share, estimated to equate to 9000 fully managed properties.
We believe the letting industry is one of the most stable and secure sectors in the UK. Ocs anticipate that once a property is managed the monthly commission will last several years due to the fact that we believe rented properties are purchased by owners/landlords as long-term investments.
Ocs is currently managing 30% more rental and Airbnb properties than its initial business plan projections (currently 35 properties in total). This has been achieved by partnering with key industry businesses such as Keynest.com who will help our success by providing access to property owners and landlords. We have also achieved registration from the Scottish Government and membership with Arla Propertymark, which establishes the security that property owners look for.
As well as natural growth, Ocs is seeking investment to purchase already established and fully managed property portfolios from other agencies who wish to liquidate their assets. 100% of investor's funds will be used to purchase these portfolios which will provide instant monthly revenue for Ocs. The monthly commissions will be compounded and used to build a fully managed portfolio of over 9000 properties.
