NXT LVL is a delivery-focused pizza challenger brand on a mission to make plant-based protein mainstream. The alt-protein market is predicted to hit $290bn by 2035. We’re helping to accelerate this transition by targeting the ~89% of consumers who aren’t yet vegan enthusiasts by making pizza, the world’s favourite food, better (but also secretly vegan).

How? We’ve collaborated with some of the protein industry leaders, including Beyond Meat & THIS, giving us access to the tastiest new products, driving down ingredient cost & opening up access to an expanding market of consumers. Product & marketing savings get passed on to customers, making us cheaper than traditional pizza brands.

After launching in Nov '21, our pilot location became one of Deliveroo's most popular pizza restaurants in SW London, with a 4.6* rating from 350 orders (50+ reviews). Our Soho pop-up attracted hundreds of customers in March, featuring in The Metro, MyLondon & BuzzFeed.

We’ve served up 1000+ pizzas & built a database of 1500 subscribers. Now it’s time to take NXT LVL mainstream: by 2025 we plan to open 1450 delivery-only locations across the UK & Europe, taking advantage of the trend towards food delivery (26% growth in 2021). This crowdfund will help us open the first 10 planned locations, work to prove our model at scale & open the door to a world where vegan fast food is the standard, not the option.
