Our B2B model is based on employers who leverage Nova's technology, data and referral recruitment to attract and hire the best talent more efficiently than using traditional headhunters or massive platforms. Our B2C model is based on members who buy premium services. This total addressable market is estimated to be around €75 BLN worldwide.
During 2020, despite Covid, we have:
