Neit is striving to disrupt the $40Bn luggage market with its patent pending & design registered Smart, Collapsible Hardcase Luggage. The company has sold over 800 units on Kickstarter & pre-order, is a HAX (San Francisco) graduate, and runner-up at British Invention of the Year.
Néit creates beautifully engineered, problem-solving innovations for the travel industry. The company has developed what it believes is the world’s first smart, collapsible hardcase luggage.
We estimate tat the luggage industry was valued at $40Bn last year. Néit sits within the Smart/Innovative segment, which was valued at $745m last year with a CAGR of 21.6%.
The average home size in UK has shrunk in the last few years. Bags are regularly lost and broken while on the road, over 20 million a year are lost or damaged in transit & wheels are regularly the first item on a case to break.
The Néit Check-in & Carry-on bags can fold down to 3 inches allowing for efficient storage. Each case is made from a bespoke plastic compound which is lightweight & flexible. The bags are designed with 4 retractable spinner wheels which can fold up to provide more space in your overhead locker & less likelihood of wheel damage while in transit. There is a carabiner style handle to clip on additional bags, as well as to hang your collapsed case in your closet. Finally, each case has an optional tracking unit to locate your luggage.
