By integrating people’s electronic calendar with their LinkedIn summary and note taking, Meetzoo allows customers to see information on people they meet, find previous meetings by person or title and immediately see any actions that might be outstanding. Agenda, notes and actions can be shared as well as connectivity with Linkedin. We aspire to integrate the connectivity of more third party apps. This means people’s business meeting lifecycle becomes integrated with the way they work.
We believe Meetzoo brings an end to searching through emails for meeting minutes and the need of organisers to collate notes from multiple attendees. It allows users to quickly connect with new people without having to search for them in other apps.
Meetzoo will aim to charge a subscription through our website for Premium features such as enhanced storage, branding, and connectivity that will allow users to push meeting data directly into their existing CRM systems. Our target market is anybody that uses an electronic calendar and has a profile on LinkedIn, a market in excess of 400m users.
We have an exciting roadmap planned to reach beyond calendar driven meetings to events and conferences and extend our integration with cloud and enterprise systems to make Meetzoo the leading aggregator for business meeting lifecycle productivity.
