Lucy’s produces award-winning healthier dressings & condiments for modern foodies. Following a rebrand in 2018, Lucy’s is seeking investment to launch a range of plant based and flavoured mayonnaises.
We’re all told we need to eat more greens, which is all well and good but sometimes it gets a bit boring! Lucy’s creates award winning dressings and condiments that transform fresh ingredients and solves this problem.
Demand for vegan and low sugar products in the market has grown. The Lucy's range can be found in 280 Waitrose stores, Whole Foods, Selfridges, Harrods, independents and on Ocado. Lucy’s works with GBK and other premium restaurant chains and life-style brands in Europe.
Revenue with Waitrose has increased by 81% YTD and in June we launched in Morrison’s. Sales with independents have grown in 2019 by 32%.

The UK sauces & condiments market is worth £549M. Sales in dressings and mayonnaise in the UK has grown by £18.2M in the last 12 months, which we believe is driven by two factors:
1. Demand for vegan, low sugar options and innovative flavour combinations.
2. The rise in popularity of mayonnaise, which has now surpassed ketchup as being the UK’s most popular condiment.
Investment will be used to launch our new plant based & flavoured mayonnaise's for the following:
- A promotional and marketing campaign
- Building a sales team
We are hoping that 2020 will be a pivotal year and are aiming to launch several projects.
