Stocked in Selfridges, Whole Foods Market, Ocado.com and Waitrose, Lucy's Dressings is on a mission to become the UK's leading dressings and sauces brand. Following its last raise on Crowdcube, which funded in just 7 days, the company's turnover has grown from £179k to exceed £300k in 2016.
At Lucy’s we’re on a mission to become the UK's leading dressings and sauces brand. Whether customers are searching for gluten-free, low fat, vegetarian or low sugar, our award winning product range offers them quality at an affordable price.
Today Lucy’s Dressings can now be found in hundreds of independent delis, farm shops and food halls in the UK, including Selfridges, Partridges, Booths, Whole Foods Market, selected Co-ops and on Ocado.com. At the end of May this year, we will be launching 3 of our products in over 280 Waitrose stores.
As well as our retail range we now produce dressings for 3 restaurant groups, including Bill's and Gourmet Burger Kitchen.
We’ve expanded our online presence and are now listed on over 8 online platforms, including Amazon, Not on The High Street and Yumbles.
We’re thrilled to have recently made our first delivery into the Netherlands, working with international recipe box company, Marley Spoon. We’re currently in discussions with one of the UK’s largest recipe box companies who we hope will be launching 3 of our flavours later this year.
Following our successful raise on Crowdcube last year, we have grown our turnover to exceed £300,000 in 2016. While we did not achieve our forecast turnover of £440,000 for 2016, we believe with our future growth plans, this year we could achieve our forecast revenue of £524,005 in 2017.
