Lodging Management offers an optimized occupancy and pricing solution for the property owner.

The demand for lodging services in Spain is growing (82 million visitors in 2018) but also changing. An increasing number of tourists are choosing to stay in apartments rather than traditional accommodation. An apartment provides an immersive experience into the life of the city you visit.

Property owners are seeking to offer their apartments and houses for short-term rental, using P2P platforms such as Airbnb, Homeaway, Booking.com, etc. A growing proportion of owners are now engaging professional rental services companies like Lodging Management.

We provide an integrated and bespoke rental management solution that aims to maximize owners’ revenues, whilst ensuring an outstanding experience to the user. Our revenue streams include:

• A percentage commission on total booking fees.

• The use of our digital platform by small operators.

• Franchising charges.
