Idea

Kiwi Homes is a company that is changing both the way houses and buildings are manufactured as well as the process of acquiring homes.

The construction sector, the third biggest sector in the economy, is one of the least productive in Spain and Europe. The methodology used by the traditional construction often causes unexpected costs and unforeseen delays in production deadlines.

Kiwi Homes integrates the entire process of manufacturing and buying a home into an "end to end" solution that simplifies the process of production and reduces the execution timeline. We build and sell houses the same way that the automotive industry manufacture and sells cars.

Once a customer choses and personalises the house, and places an order. Our houses are manufactured off-site, in around 4 months in the factory and 4 days of implementation. Kiwi Homes can offer houses at a lower cost and in less time (up to 50% less).

Within 6 months since its incorporation, in 2018, Kiwi Homes generated €110k€ in revenue & 3k EBITDA. For 2019, it has created a pipeline of requests for proposals from potential customers, of more than 10M € in houses, hotels, restaurants and flats.

The construction sector in Spain is a € 61Billion industry, one of the three biggest sectors of the economy in Europe, for example, the modular house market is growing at 40% in Spain.

Kiwi Homes aims to be to homes what tesla is to cars.
