Sales of over $3m (8,000 units global) online and in premium retailers like Harrods, Selfridges and B8ta. Raising to help make the leap from the $13bn coffee market into the $151bn homewares market.
Our journey started in 2016, with the first product - the Barisieur - raising $1M+ on Crowdfunding Platforms.
5 years later, we’ve delivered over £2.2M in revenue (YE Feb 21 Revenue £752,041 Profit £7,733), launched 4 products and scaled the business at an average revenue growth rate of 68% YOY. Joy Resolve’s revenue has grown from £274K excl. Kickstarter sales (2018) to £455K (2019), £698K (2020). We’ve been scaling revenue, delivering a net profit over 20/21 tax year.
We’ve enabled global distribution through 6 warehouses, featured in over 20+ publications, gone viral on Tiktok with 17.5m Views and have made it a priority to keep our customers happy, receiving a 4.3/5 star rating on Trustpilot.
Our customer research shows that the majority of people buy our products for experience, functionality and design. We felt that traditional household brands were restricted by cost and were passionate about re-envisioning them into beautifully crafted products, that can be as decorative as they are functional and driven less by cost.
We crafted Joy Resolve into an umbrella brand and launched our first homeware product (a wireless charger) via crowdfunding raising $220K, proving the leap from the $13bn coffee machines market to the $151bn homewares market is possible.
We’re now raising capital to dedicate further R&D resources towards our new product line and capitalise on momentum to date.
