ISO Spaces is an award-winning, innovation-focused company that designs and off-site manufactures high-end, portable spaces from shipping containers. They've produced pop-up units for blue-chip clients, including Jeep and Fever-Tree, and have now expanded into the modular housing market.
Offering an integrated, turnkey process incorporating design, build & installation, we have delivered over 50 bespoke units and 200 container housing units in the last 24 months. We have a sales pipeline of over 500 homes for 2018.
With the UK’s housing crisis reaching critical levels, we plan to upscale our manufacturing and delivery of permanently portable units for use in emergency housing projects and other residential and office developments to meet the ever-growing demand.
Pioneering the largest emergency housing development in the UK made from containers, our solution helps local authorities to meet their housing targets. Built on previously disused sites, the developments bring land back into productivity through interim use whilst the sites await permanent regeneration.
This is our second Crowdcube campaign, after successfully raising £448k in May 2016. We're still to this day the only company to have paid our Crowdcube investors a dividend.
In 2016, we'd achieved cumulative sales of over £1.2 million since 2014. In 2017, the ISO Spaces group achieved sales of over £6 million (P&L of -£360,414).
Achieving coverage internationally and winning awards in categories from design and sustainability to the 2014 Ignite Business award for the best new start-up, we also featured in the 2017 Sunday Times 'Fast Track Ones to Watch: 10 Rising Companies'.
