Inigo Sushi Handrolls has brought bloody delicious Aussie-Japanese sushi to London! Inigo has partnered with the UK's leading smokehouse, H. Forman, and have their London City site kiosk opened & operating. They have more kiosks planned and supply some of the biggest corporates sites in London.
Inigo was founded by Jeremy Bliss, a Melbourne native, who like many UK-based Australians missed the simplicity of the Aussie-Japanese delicacy; the sushi handroll.
Down under, handroll kiosks are commonplace, with Australia's 6 leading handroll chains totaling over 380 locations across the country. Handrolls are sold in school and work canteens, corner shops and airports, and are considered by many as an essential part of Australian eating.
With the UK's grab&go market worth more than £20 billion, Briton's are increasingly looking for light, healthy and tasty meal options. Inigo handrolls can be conveniently eaten on-the-go and will fulfill requirements for all tastes (we offer vegan & vegetarian options too!) without breaking the bank.
Inigo produces all its own food at the site of our partner, H. Forman & Son's - a leading smokehouse. Formans contribute scalable kitchen infrastructure, product expertise, and of course, high quality produce for Inigo's menu. Our chefs are Noma and Hix-trained and we have some damn fine recipes rolling out.
Inigo is sucessfully operating one store in the City of London and our B2B offering launched at the start of the year. We already supply a number of corporate clients via Baxter Storey & Searcys. Some top clients include Amazon HQ, Visa HQ, UBS, Standard Chartered Bank.
The company has loans.
