Launched in 2013, DrivenWoman is a growing, global members’ network for women combining personal development and networking. The company is raising investment to expand the network, currently active in 6 countries with over 200 members.
Over $1 billion is generated by the personal development industry in the US each year, averaging 5% annual growth.
DrivenWoman provides paid-membership micro-networking groups for women, incorporating elements of personal development and life coaching.
Groups are lead by independent group leaders who are trained online. We aim to pay a commission, encouraging them to grow the business on multiple levels (group, territory, country).
Our members get support towards life changes such as a career change, starting a business or creating a better work-life balance. The content is created by participants in a structured format, without requiring outside speakers or skilled coaches.
DrivenWoman held its first event in 2013 in London and is active in 6 countries with close to 200 members and a wider community of 3000 women across 4 continents.
The DrivenWoman concept is designed to be affordable and scaleable. Introduction sessions through which we acquire new members result in a 30-80% conversion rate. In 2017, DrivenWoman recruited and trained over 50 new group leaders.
In 2018 we aim to launch a new digital platform, open 4 new territories, and open groups across Europe to increase our membership to an estimated 2,500 members across 10 countries.
Loans exist in the business.
