Idea

We are a microbrewery based in Cwmbran, South Wales. Established in 2017, we serve primarily our local region of South Wales, including Cardiff, Newport and Swansea, but have increasingly gained traction nationally, with customers springing up in all the major cities across the UK. In the 16 months since we started brewing we have grown our group quarterly turnover to over £70,000 in the last quarter (Oct-Dec 2018) generating EBITDA of -£13,950 (Oct-Dec 2018).

Due to increasing demand for our products, resulting from new customer listings and our own venues, we recently upgraded our brewhouse to a capacity of 3,000HL (over half a million pints) per annum, and with our experienced brew team we are planning to continue our growth in 2019.

We recently opened a cask-focussed micropub in Barry, South Wales, in partnership with the manager. The micropub has achieved cumulative profitability since opening (net profit of £893, Aug-18 - Jan-19). We have also recently opened a tap room above the brewery to serve the local area of Cwmbran, which has achieved cumulative profitability (net profit of £1,330, Oct-18 - Jan-19).

We offer a 3-fold proposition to our customers:

- Impactful branding

- High-quality beer

- Competitive pricing

Your investment will allow us to:

- Appoint a full-time sales manager

- Increase brewing capacity

- Open additional venues
