Launched in 2018, 4Solo Limited produce smart tags which are attached to properties and appliances, which allow corporate landlords to automatically record work undertaken via an app and check the real-time management compliance for properties. Raising funds to invest in sales and marketing.
Housing associations must monitor and record work that is carried out on their properties to ensure compliance and the safety of their tenants, which can be a manual and expensive process.
ComplyTag produces smart tags which are attached to properties/appliances. When the contractor starts work, they scan the tag with our app. This creates a database record showing who undertook what type of work.
Only just launched at the beginning of 2018, ComplyTag has been featuring in Housing Technology magazine. We are due to start a trial with a major housing association, who own over 5000 properties in total.
The business model:
There are over 4m social rented properties in the UK. We charge £6 per year per property. In addition to this recurring revenue stream, we anticipate on average £6.30 per property from the sale of tags.
Other market opportunities:
We will target our sales staff initially at the Social Housing market, but have already identified a number of other key markets which may also benefit from the ComplyTag: Private Landlords, Student accommodation, hotels/Guest Houses, Retail.
We will then aim to take the system internationally and address this using a franchise model.
Use of funds:
The ComplyTag platform is already built and available online with a supporting mobile app. We now intend to invest in marketing and sales staff to grow the business aggressively. Loans also exist.
