His background is in Telecoms, Technology and Internet. He has a bee in his bonnet about solving the lack of financing options for small businesses! |

Luke Lang, Marketing Director, Co-founderLuke cut his marketing teeth working for a successful UK-based ISP delivering internet solutions for small businesses. Luke also worked as a self employed marketing consultant who specialised in digital marketing, B2B marketing and marketing strategy. |

Jerry Davison, Chief Financial OfficerJerry is experienced in strategy, business planning, fast growth management and in raising finance. A chartered accountant, Jerry trained at PwC. He held MD and FD positio ns within Stagecoach, the transport operator, 1989-1996 and then joined Select Software and took the company to a Nasdaq flotation.In 2000 Jerry became MD at BCT, one of the UK’s largest tile makers, to execute a turnaround and he successfully improved sales and production. In 2002 he established The Mill Consultancy, a corporate finance and business development specialist. |

Mark Lang, Non-Executive DirectorWith over twenty years IT experience, Mark founded Eclipse Internet, an Internet Service provider in 1995. The company enjoyed sustained growth and profitability, as well as being a market leader for innovation and customer service. The company was acquired by KCOM Group PLC and Mark continued with KCOM as a main Board director responsible for strategy, development and delivery of their national internet service. Mark is also a director for Westhaven Homes and advisor to Netential, a managed application services company. Mark joined our Board in March 2011 to help maintain growth and support the team's strategy development. |

Justin Hamer, Non-Executive DirectorJustin Hamer has experience in developing hedge, private equity and real estate fund structures designed to optimise the tax efficiency of the investment for fund sponsors, investors and carried interest participants. He has also developed innovative carried interest programs designed to deliver tax efficient returns to participants in multiple jurisdictions. Justin advises on the formation, documentation and ongoing operation of such funds, together with optimal structures for international investments. He also regularly advises clients on the syndication of significant transactions. |
